l Doctor of economics of Wuhan University, master and bachelor of Jilin University.
l The First Beijing’s Universities Teaching Master Award winner, one of the first MOOC builders of management disciplines. His course named “Management Communication” is selected as one of the first batch of National Excellent Online Open Courses.
l His course is chosen to be the first group of "Learning Power" national excellent massive open online courses.
l Engaged in teaching and scientific research in the fields of business administration and electric power economics; presided over scientific research projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation, National Development and Reform Commission and Beijing Social Science Foundation etc.; carried out other researches supported by some enterprises, and won power enterprise management innovation awards for twice; published many papers on academic journals both at home and abroad, such as Applied Energy, and two of which are ESI highly cited papers.
l Served concurrently as the executive director of the Economic Science Branch of the Chinese Policy Research Association of the State Council, the executive director of the Digital Curriculum Resources Research Association of the Chinese Higher Education Association, an expert of the National University Teacher Network Training Center of the Ministry of Education, an expert of the Course Construction Committee of the China Financial Golden Course Alliance, and the Business School of Jilin University Part-time professors and other universities.
Representative Teaching Achievement
l Presided over two national excellent courses:
Ø National Excellent Video Open Course “The Power of Communication”: Top 10 of NetEase Open Class in 2015.
Ø "Management Communication" of MOOC: 160,000 students registered, more than 50 universities choose it as the selective courses.
l The English version of “Management Communication” was on the Harvard and MIT edX International Platform, learners from 153 countries and regions registered.
l Two-dimensional code was firstly used in the supporting textbook published by Higher Education Press for the course "Management Communication".

l College trainings:Among pioneer constructors of MOOC in China, he has made speeches on the topic of curriculum construction and teaching reform experience for the Ministry of Education’s MBA Teaching Committee, Finance Teaching Committee, E-commerce Teaching Committee, Library Teaching Committee, etc.; He reported at the conferences sponsored by several Education Departments at provincial levels in China; He also successively shared his exploration and practical experience of MOOC construction, blended teaching and curriculum ideology with more than 200 universities such as Peking University, Xi'an Jiaotong University and University of International Business and Economics.
