On the afternoon of November 15th, the third phase of the administrative personnel training of the School of Management and Economics was held simultaneously in Zhongguancun Campus and Liangxiang Campus in the form of combining online and offline activities. Associate Professor Li Xushan, director of the Mental Health Education and Counseling Center and vice Minister of the Student Affairs Department of Beijing Institute of Technology, was invited to give a lecture on the theme of "College Students 'psychological problems intervention and teachers' self-care". More than 50 administrative teachers from the School of Management and Economics attended the training.

Director Li Xushan explained the behavioral characteristics of college students 'psychological problems, the identification and assistance of college students' psychological problems, and the significance and strategy of psychological problems identification and intervention in a profound and simple way combined with typical cases in work. The content of the lecture fits the working characteristics and actual life of the administrative personnel. The lecture is interspersed with communication and interaction, and the atmosphere is active.
