Commissioned by China national petroleum group co., LTD., Beijing Institute of Technology School of Management and Economics has undertaken the 2023 petroleum professional and technical backbone training program. The program started in May 2023 and successfully completed in December 2023. A total of 29 backbone members from across the country gathered in Beijing Institute of Technology and completed the eight months fulltime study.

The School attached great importance to this training work, and has tailored a targeted training program, invited experts and professors from related majors to give lectures, and offers 21 excellent courses in engineering management, including project planning and control, operation management and quality management. Through the study of the course, the students have been sublimated theoretically based on their work practice, which has greatly broadened their horizons and increased their knowledge.
