Recently, the Ministry of Education announced the 2011 "New Century Excellent Talents" list. Professor Zhi-Jun Yan won the award.
　　“New Century Excellent Talents” is a talent funding program established by the Ministry of Education in 2004. The main purpose is to further strengthen the cultivation of young academic leaders, to accelerate the training of a large number of top-notch creative talents, to enhance universities’ original innovation ability, to continue to raise academic standards and quality of personnel training in colleges and universities.
