For the development of postgraduate education with Chinese characteristics , promoting postgraduate training system reform , and improving quality of graduate education , the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education set up national postgraduate scholarship .
All full-time graduate students are eligible to apply. In principle, the first year graduate students and Ph.D students do not participate in the review.
Application shall be submitted before 12:00 on September 23.  Please have completed " Beijing Institute of Technology National Graduate Scholarship Application Form" and the corresponding support material submitted to teacher Liu Fangfang at room 336 of the main building, and electronic version sent to the mailbox : liufangfang@bit.edu.cn. Late applications will not be accepted.
