In order to better gather and serve alumni, the School of Management and Economics regularly visits alumni. Yan Zhijun, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School, visited GMTD Group on the afternoon of March 7,2023. Sun Xiaoming, chairman of GMTD Group, Lin Ouyang, deputy general manager of the Group, Wang Zhiping, general manager of Beijing Future Aviation Service Technology Co., LTD., Guan Hong, vice dean of School of Management and Economics, and Zhao Yu, deputy director of Alumni Work Office attended the visit.

Sun Xiaoming welcomed the arrival of the teachers. He hoped to take this discussion as an opportunity to strengthen the in-depth cooperation with the School in talent training and practical teaching, so as to empower the high-quality development of the cooperation between the School and the enterprise.

Yan Zhijun thanked Sun Xiaoming for his care and support to the School. He briefly introduced the achievements made in personnel training, discipline construction, teaching staff and international cooperation last year. He said that the alumni and the School have always been a development alignment , and hoped that both sides would actively explore the training mechanism of high-quality talents, give play to the advantages of enterprise cases in practical teaching, achieve the resonance between academy and industry, and finally realize the mutual achievements.

Guan Hong said that the School pays great attention to the development of alumni enterprises. Through this field visit, I have felt the profound corporate culture and innovative management mode of the alumni enterprise.

This alumni visit further deepened the mutual understanding between the School and the alumni enterprise, and laid a foundation for the follow-up cooperation. In accordance with the requirements of the university's development plan, the School will continue to improve the quality and efficiency of the alumni work, deepen the cooperation between the university and enterprises, and contribute to the "double first-class" construction of the university.
