In order to better stimulate staff enthusiasm and happiness, enhance cohesion and centripetal force, strengthen the construction of school culture, the School of Management and Economics held theme month activities since March 2022. In October 2023, the theme is "energy conservation and environmental protection".

On the morning of October 21st, the second badminton friendship match of alumni of Beijing Institute of Technology School of Management and Economics was successfully held in the gymnasium of Zhongguancun Campus.

Yang Tiejun, head of Human Resources Department of Shouqi Group, Zhang Ying, vice chairman of the trade union, Wei Jian, deputy director of Medical Insurance Department of Fuwai Hospital, Guan Hong, vice director of the School of Management and Economics and chairman of the trade Union, Liu Zeping, Hao Jianhua, vice chairman of the trade union, and Jian Linqiang, director of the administrative office attended the event. The event was presided over by Zhao Yu, deputy director of the Alumni Office of the School of Management and Economics.

The badminton competition has been held for two times so far, showing the indomitable spirit of the teachers and students of the School of Management and Economics, and encouraging them to forge ahead on the new journey and make contributions to the new era with full enthusiasm and strong body.
