Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the innovation-driven development strategy has been continuously deepened.The essence of innovation-driven development is talent-driven. In the face of the rapid development of scientific and technological innovation, the management talents of enterprises need to summarize practical experience, analyze difficult problems, and support strategic decisions.In addition to providing relevant basic and cutting-edge knowledge, the training of professional degree programs is more and more necessary to take the dissertation as the starting point to realize the integration of innovative thinking and practical ability.

In this context, in order to further improve the quality of professional degree program case papers, on December 9,2021, the School held a seminar in Conference Room 216. Vice Dean Chen Xiang, Wu Shuilong, director of the Professional Degree Center, Yi Jinchao, director of the Case Center, and representatives of the professional degree graduate tutors participated in the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Tong Yan, deputy director of the Professional Degree Center.

The meeting reached a basic consensus on the following matters: First, professional degree center needs to further optimize the service in system specification, expert organization, thesis process, and fully communicate with the graduate school to guarantee the advancement of case papers; Second, the case center and professional degree center need to jointly provide case paper guidance and prepare sufficient references for case paper writing; Third, take various measures to encourage teachers and students to enter into case paper writing to create an innovative learning atmosphere.
