Recently, the 14th National Student Games were held in Qingdao. Beijing Institute of Technology students won the men's 110 meters hurdles, the runner-up in men's group A discus and the third place in men's football.

On July 15th, in the men's Division A discus final of the 14th National Student Games, Wei Zidong, a student from the School of Management and Economics, finally finished second, affected by the weather, with 54.11 meters far lower than the usual performance.

On the afternoon of July 17, the men's football third place final kicked off.After fierce competition, the BIT team beat Shanghai 1:0 and won the third place.
