The launching ceremony of the Capital Women Professors Association's Women's Science and Technology Pilot Program and the Frontier Cross-Forum of Youth Science and Technology Innovation was held in the School of Management and Economics of Beijing Institute of Technology on January 8,2022. Sun Zhujun, Director of the Liaison Department of Beijing Women's Federation, Xue Jian, Deputy Director of the Unified Group Department of Beijing Education and Work Commission, Bao Liying, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Beijing Institute of Technology, Yan Zhijun, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Management and Economics of Beijing Institute of Technology and other leaders attended the forum.The forum specially invited guests, female science and technology pilot mentors, pilots, director supervisors from the Capital Female Professor Association, as well as teachers from the Department of Organization and Human Resources of the School of Management and Economics of Beijing Institute of Technology, and Innovation and Education Development Strategy Research Center of Beijing Institute of Technology attended the forum.
