On the afternoon of September 1, in order to enhance the interdisciplinary academic exchanges among young teachers, build an open, democratic, exploratory and competitive academic atmosphere, and promote the integration of disciplines, the 32nd TeLi Youth Academic Salon was successfully held in Room 240 of main building of the School of Management and Economics of Beijing Institute of Technology.

Guests included TsingHua University associate professor Lin Zhijie , associate professor Deng Tianhu, Beijing University researcher Zhang Yan, researcher Qin Li, Beijing Institute of Technology School of Management and Economics party secretary professor YanZhijun, vice dean professor Zhao Xian, professor Zhang Yuli, and more than 50 young teachers and students. The salon was co-hosted by four teachers: Zhang Yuli, Qu Shen, Wang Liu'an and Deng Yingxin.

Vice Dean Zhao Xian delivered the opening speech and extended a warm welcome to the four outstanding young scholars, and thanked the four outstanding young scholars for sharing the growth and development with teachers and students face to face.

During the theme report, the four young scholars respectively introduced their  experience in scientific research publishing, project application experience and graduate training experience in related fields. During the round table forum, the four scholars had in-depth exchanges and sharing with the participants. The young teachers and students attending the meeting have gained a lot.

Secretary Yan Zhijun delivered a closing speech and congratulate the youth academic salon. He said the youth academic salon is a collision and sharing exchange platform for the School’s teachers and students and outside outstanding scholars. He encouraged young teachers and students to actively participate in the work of the school, become the organizers and practitioners of the school discipline construction, talent training and other work.
