As a senior HR director, Mr. Li Qinli has worked in well-known foreign companies, famous enterprises and listed companies in the United States, currently ICF certified PCC coach.

Teacher Li Qinli helps students understand the concept of coach better through fresh cases, and through the minimization model of coach: listening-feedback-questioning, let students understand the nature of coach.
