On September 23,2022, the Office of Academic Affairs and the School of Management and Economics jointly organized the meeting of Information Management and Information System-English (Joint Degree) freshmen in A430, Wencui Building, Liangxiang Campus. The meeting is hosted by Yin Li, vice director of the Office of Academic Affairs. The entire 15 students from the 2022 joint degree program , party secretary Yan Zhijun, vice dean Zhang Xiang, information management and information system head professor Gao HuiYin, professor Zhao Lutao, and teacher NingYan, Yang Ning, Ben Lanqing, and Sun Qiong attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Vice Director Yin Li first introduced the background of the program, the original intention of Beijing Institute of Technology, as well as the university's policy support for the program. Secretary Yan Zhijun introduced the setting of the training program from the perspective of the responsible professor, emphasizing the importance of learning the language and other basic courses. At the same time, he encouraged the students to use their professional knowledge and ability to help China speak more on the international stage. Vice Dean Zhang Xiang also hoped that the students will take the study seriously, aim high, down to earth, live up to their youth, and strive to create their own highlights. Teachers Gao Huiying and Teacher Zhao Yutao also put forward suggestions to the students from the perspective of personal experience.
