On September 14,2023, the School of Management and Economics held a meeting for the 2023 freshmen of Information Management and Information System-English (Joint Degree). Professor Zhang Xiang, Vice Dean of the School of Management and Economics, Associate Professor Gao Huiying, teaching director of Information Management and Information System, Associate Professor Wang LiuAn,and Sun Qiong from the Undergraduate Center attended the meeting.

Vice Dean Zhang Xiang first extended a warm welcome to all the students and learned about their current study and life in school. The students who participated in the meeting introduced themselves one by one, shared their feelings and experiences of studying from their hometown to Beijing, and raised some interesting questions for the program.

Subsequently, Associate Professor Gao Huiying gave specific guidance and suggestions for the students' academic confusions, combined with the information management and information system-English (joint degree) curriculum. She expected that students would strive to gain professional knowledge, and find suitable goals in the Information Management and Information System-English (Joint Degree) program.

Vice Dean Zhang Xiang said that four-year college life is an important period to explore interests and direction. I hope all the students can be interest-oriented, down-to-earth, and strive to create their own future.
