On January 17, 2019, the School of Management and Economics of Beijing Institute of Technology held the 2018 annual democratic life meeting for leaders of middle-level party members. Yang Zhihong, secretary of the school's Disciplinary Committee, and Wu Wenjun, deputy director of the Party Committee's inspection office, attended the meeting on behalf of the school supervision team. Wang Zhaohua, secretary of the party committee of the School, presided over the meeting.

　　The democratic life meeting focused on "arming with intensive innovation theory, solidifying "four consciousnesses", strengthening "four self-confidences", and courageously taking actions, and resolutely putting the decision-making of the party Central Committee into practice in order to seek truth and pragmatism." Wang Zhaohua, the secretary of the group, conducted a cross-check on behalf of the team. The members of the team self-criticized in turn, carefully examining the problems from three aspects: ideological and political, spiritual state, work style, analyzing the reasons, proposing the direction of rectification, and rectifying the democratic life meeting of the previous year, and reported on implementation and major personal issues.
