In order to implement the school talent project declaration and deployment, stimulate the potential of young teachers, and explore high-end talents, the School of Management and Economics held an exchange meeting on March 7th to encourage young teachers to actively apply for talent projects. Prof. Wei Yiming, Dean of the School of Management and Economics, Prof. Yan Zhijun,Vice Dean, Professor Tang Yujun, Vice Dean, and young and middle-aged teachers of the school attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by Vice Dean Tang Yujun.

　　At the meeting, each participating teacher made a speech in turn, summed up the problems encountered in the application process, and the supports expected. Through the exchange of application experience with talent project receivers, the future application plan was also set.

　　Dean Wei Yiming finally said that the school will fully support the recruitment of talented young teachers and encourage young teachers to set scientific research goals according to their individual circumstances. Concentrating on academics requires both strength and perseverance, as well as sitting on the bench and withstanding temptations. Internally enhancing personal scientific research strength, and reaching out to seek pragmatic cooperation, the school supports everyone to go out and strengthen international exchanges, and welcome everyone to introduce excellent talents.
