On March 21, 2019, the second phase of the "Zhiyuan" Lecture Hall of the School of Management was held in Room 304, Building A, Comprehensive Teaching Building. Professor Cui Lirong from the School of Management and Economics of Beijing Institute of Technology gave a talk about the management science and service economy society. Peng Mingxue, the deputy director of the Student Affairs Office of the School of Management, attended the lecture. More than 150 students from the School listened to the lecture.

　　Professor Cui Lirong introduced the characteristics and prospects of the disciplines to the students from four aspects of professional content, social connection, future development and study suggestions, and provided practical and useful help for the students.He refined the essence of management into five aspects: planning, organization, leadership, control, and coordination. He vividly explained the basic concepts of management, and introduced the development of the discipline in China, and the focus on "science" and "engineering".
