In order to show the style of BIT and allow the applicants to have a deep understanding of our school, on May 26, 2019, the Beijing Institute of Technology Campus Open Day and Undergraduate Admissions Counseling Meeting was held as scheduled in the Zhongguancun Campus Playground.Our teachers actively responded to the school's call and participated in the event to explain the school's philosophy, education goals, talent training and professional characteristics for the candidates and their parents. Wei Yiming, dean of the SME, Wang Zhaohua, secretary of the party committee, and deputy secretary Dean Peng Mingxue and teachers in various majors attended the event.

　　The Campus Open Day and Undergraduate Admissions Counseling Meeting fully demonstrated to the candidates and parents the program characteristics, educational goals, employment destinations and future development prospects of the School of Management and Economics, which deepened the understanding of the candidates and parents. The distance between the school and the candidates has been brought closer, and the enrollment and publicity work of our school has been further promoted.
