In order to enrich the activities of the party branch and strengthen the exchange of teachers and students, on June 12, 2019, the organization and human resources department carried out a series of activities in the main building 216 - "Party teachers and students workshop".Gao An, Ai Fengyi and 14 doctoral and master students attended the event.

　　Teacher Gao shared the theme of “college students’ thinking,learning and growth”, and guided the graduate party members to look at the problem from dialectical thinking and development perspective; often compare with excellent people, find out the gap, and discover their own advantages and disadvantages. The advantages should be fully utilized, and the shortcomings should be overcome.Finally, Gao pointed out that as a graduate party member, he should improve himself through reading, making friends and practice, thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and combine personal development with social needs.

　　After sharing, the students exchanged ideas.Some students mentioned that winning is in the long run, but it is difficult to insist, and some students admit to the confusion when facing the pressure of scientific research.The two teachers answered the questions raised by the students one by one.

　　The "Party Teachers and Students Workshop" is tentatively scheduled for six sessions, and the monthly workshop is aimed at strengthening teacher-student exchanges to better provide students with guidance on life and study.
