At the INFORMS International Conference on Service Science (hereinafter referred to as icss 2019) held on June 27-29, 2019, our 2016 Ph.D. student Jiao Zihao entered the final of the Best Student Paper Award and was finally awarded the First Place.

　　The paper he submitted with his collaborators is entitled "Two-Level Trip Selection and Price Incentive Scheduling in Electric Vehicle Sharing System".This paper takes the new energy vehicle time-sharing service system as the research object, and proposes a "double-layer fusion" vehicle scheduling strategy, using Distributionally Robust Optimization and other data-driven optimization methods, combined with external estimation algorithms to solve the corresponding nonlinear optimization problems. The analytical solution of the optimal demand-vehicle scheduling quantity response is obtained. Based on the actual operation data of the time-based rental company CAR2GO in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, a case study is conducted to verify the effectiveness of the scheduling strategy.
