On July 8-12, 2019, entrusted by Beijing Zhongguan Tianxia Human Resources Co., Ltd., the School of Management and Economics of Beijing Institute of Technology hosted the training of the CEO class of the high-level leading talent development project of Haidian District in 2019.More than 30 outstanding entrepreneurs from all walks of life gathered at Beijing Institute of Technology to jointly carry out a one-week study.

Wang Zhaohua, the party secretary of the School, had a friendly exchange with Liu Jinjun, the chairman of Beijing Zhonghai Investment Management Co., Ltd., before the opening ceremony. Associate Dean Yan Zhijun attended the opening ceremony.In order to enable students to learn and gain, the Professional Degree Education Joint Center that undertakes this training task has carefully designed a targeted training program. The program invited Professor Chen Dongqi, the chief expert of the Macroeconomic Research Institute of the National Development and Reform Commission, Professor Wang Yong, the vice dean of the Institute of Minsheng Economics of Tsinghua University, Professor Han Bojun, a national award-winning teacher, and other outstanding alumni of Beijing Institute of Technology. The first-class faculty team consisted of macroeconomics, competition strategy, leadership art, brand innovation, financial operations, talent development, and strategic choices.At the same time, the training course also relied on the school's science and engineering background and scientific research strength to organize a unique industry-university-research exchange forum for the students, which greatly expanded their horizons, and increased their knowledge. The project has established a platform for exchanges between the two parties for win-win cooperation.
