September 21-22, 2019, sponsored by the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association, the Science and Technology Management and Evaluation Committee of the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association, and the Editorial Department of Scientific Research Management, School of Management, Chongqing Technology and Business University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the 19th National Science and Technology Evaluation Symposium hosted by the Center for Management Innovation and Evaluation was successfully held at Chongqing Technology and Business University.Zhang Wanyi, a 2016 undergraduate student of the School of Management and Economics of our school, won the Outstanding Paper Award of the 19th National Science and Technology Evaluation Symposium. This is the fourth time in the past five years that the research team of the Knowledge Management and Data Analysis Laboratory of our school has won the award. The undergraduate students won the first prize and received extensive attention from the participating scholars, demonstrating the influence of our school in the field of technological innovation management and scientific evaluation, and won wide acclaim for our school.It is reported that this conference received a total of 237 academic papers (full text) from domestic universities, research institutes and enterprises and institutions. After three rounds of rigorous evaluation by experts and the editorial department of "Scientific Research Management", 9 papers were selected Outstanding Paper Award.
