In order to help 2019 freshmen to set clear goals and learning career planning as early as possible, on the morning of September 21, “Meet in Management College (No.6) - Young teachers tell stories of struggle” was successfully held in classroom A205 of the Comprehensive Teaching Building on Liangxiang Campus.

　　The college has carried out the undergraduate tutorial system for a long time, and has achieved good educational effect. Since the college's operation in 2018, the management college has attached great importance to the selection and employment of academic and educational mentors.On the basis of the undergraduate tutorial system, it has selected outstanding young teachers with the background of studying abroad as tutors and team leaders to give full play to the positive role of high-level talents in educating people for the Party and for the country. The event invited Mr. Zhou Jing of the Department of Technological Economy and Strategic Management and Mr. Chen Hongshu of the Department of Management Science and Logistics to share with the freshmen the mental course and growth experience of university study, further study abroad and academic research.
