On November 23,2019, the School of Management and Economics of Beijing Institute of Technology organized graduate students to visit and investigate the innovative energy talent training practice base, and exchange on energy transformation, green development and other related issues. The innovative energy talent training practice base is the jointly constructed by Beijing Institute of Technology School of Management and Economics and Jinfeng Technology Group subsidiary Beijing Tiancheng Tongchuang Electric Co. Ltd.

　　Jinfeng Technology Co., Ltd. is one of the earliest wind power equipment R & D and manufacturing enterprises in China, which is committed to promoting the global energy transformation and creating future energy. Under the guidance and explanation of Manager Zhang Bao, the students visited the main units such as Jinfeng Group's Achievement Exhibition Hall, Wind Power equipment Assembly Workshop and Photovoltaic Power Generation platform, deeply understood the development course, cultural concept, core technology, superior products and talent strategy of Jinfeng Group, and actively interacted with the relevant responsible persons on the issues of energy transformation, industrial development, market development and technological innovation.
