On the afternoon of December 23,2019, Cui Lixin, Department of Management Science and Logistics, Beijing Institute of Technology School of Management and Economics, and Liu Hui, Jin Dan and Gao Huiying, Department of Management Engineering, led 18 undergraduate students majoring in Information Management and Information Systems, graduate students and doctoral students majoring in Management Science and Engineering, to study and exchange with the Ministry of Commerce National Agriculture Cold Chain Circulation Monitoring Platform Project team. Jiang Bo, chief expert of the platform project team, Wang Xuwei, executive director of the platform project team, Jia Weiwei, IT technology director of the platform project team, and Yuan Kaiyu, assistant director of the platform project team, warmly received teachers and students from Beijing Institute of Technology.

　　Chief expert Jiang Bo made a report on the development of cold chain circulation industry in China for teachers and students. First of all, Mr. Jiang introduced the infrastructure of the platform, including platform stakeholders; platform function, role, positioning; platform data scale and data storage mode. He further explained the platform's design ideas and operation mode in detail; what services are provided for the cold storage; the data analysis provided by the current platform includes abnormal analysis, trend prediction, association analysis, customer analysis (user portrait), etc. Finally, the future development trend and application scenarios were predicted and analyzed, including the future "small, fine, fast, flexible" enterprise model, the application of block chain, the establishment of the traceability system of "product anti-counterfeiting, origin traceability, process traceability" which can effectively solve the problems of static data of existing traceability system, large packaging and so on. Jiang made a wonderful report with a combination of theory and practice, technology and management, problems and solutions.
