In order to welcome the 70th anniversary of the motherland, the Youth League Committee of the School of Management and Economics, according to the unified arrangement of the school and the characteristics of the university, began in June 2019, launched a three-month summer social practice activity on the theme of "To struggle with Chinese Dream, to shoulder my role in the new era". A total of 54 practical groups and more than 340 teachers and students carried out the rich and colorful summer social practice in the form of "social survey "," voluntary public welfare" and "field trip" respectively. At the recent 2019 social practice summary recognition conference, a total of 3 practical groups of the SME won Beijing-level awards, 28  practical groups were awarded school-level awards. The School has been appraised as the advanced work unit of social practice for many years.

　　In this summer social practice, the SME innovated new forms, combining "my motherland , my struggle" theme education activities and summer social practice, leading the theme education to a deeper level, and comprehensively improved the School youth's ideals and beliefs, practical ability and comprehensive quality. The School will further strengthen the idea of educating people in practice, build a social practice platform, guide young students to integrate the ego into the great love, write the paper on the land of China, give play to the professional expertise, grow and make contributions in the social practice .
