The school set up at first time an epidemic prevention and control working group, with the dean and secretary as the leader, made clear the task and responsibility of the working group. The working group refined the task of prevention and control to head teachers, counselors, class teachers, graduate tutors, student cadres, through telephone, SMS, WeChat and other appropriate ways, to ensure not returning to school and other important information accurate delivered. At the same time we timely communicated the university's notice on international exchange, conference and business abroad matters, and had a consensus with teachers and students who have recent needs of travelling abroad or holding international conference.
