September 19, at the 80th anniversary of the Beijing Institute of Technology and the 40th anniversary of the School of Management and Economics, the long-awaited Beijing Institute of Technology School of Management and Economics "Anniversary Cup" football match kicked off. The Old Boys football team, composed of successive graduates of the School of Management and Economics, and the alumni league team, represented by MBA football clubs and EMBA、MEM, held a friendly football match.

　　Professor Jin Zhiyang, director of the campus football committee of the Ministry of Education, former head coach of the Beijing Institute of Technology football team, Dong Zhaobo, secretary of the Party branch directly under the Ministry of Sports of Beijing Institute of Technology, Professor Chen Xiang, vice dean of the School of Management and Economics of Beijing Institute of Technology, and representatives of past Beijing Institute of Technology football team players, and the SME graduates attended the event.After fierce competition, the old boy team won the football match.

　　After the game, Professor Jin Zhiyang gave the players a blessing and greeting. He said :" once our players were able to win the championship in the League under very difficult conditions, relying on the spirit of struggle handed down by our BIT. Although the times are different, we should continue to carry forward and inherit this spirit. Sports is the education of shaping personality. People engaged in sports have sense of honor, brave and tenacious, always forward spirit. This spirit can play incisively and vividly anywhere , and enable them to overcome all difficulties ."
