On the afternoon of March 29, the Chinese Football Association issued a "Notice on the list of qualified clubs in the professional league one of the Chinese Football Association of 2021 Season". Due to the withdrawal of Jiangsu SuNing from Super League, and withdrawal of Inner Mongolia Zhongyou, Beijing Renhe and other teams from League one in 2020, the Xinjiang Tianshan Snow Leopard downgraded from League One in 2020,  and the Nanjing City(League Two 2020 season third place) and Beijing Institute of Technology (League Two 2020 season fourth place) won the qualification of the League One in 2021.
