In order to better stimulate and gather the enthusiasm of the construction and development of high-level management school, enhance the happiness of the staff, enhance the cohesion and centripetal force, and strengthen the cultural construction, the School of Management and Economics has carried out theme month activities throughout the School from March 2022. The theme of March 2023 is "Healthy Living".

On March 8th, in order to celebrate the 113th International Women's Day, show the good spirit of the female staff and enrich their spare time life, the School held the tea culture exchange meeting themed "Spring scenery, March 8 warm feeling" in room 234 of the main building on Zhongguancun campus. Guan Hong, vice dean and chairman of the trade union, extended holiday wishes to all the female coworkers. The exchange meeting was hosted by Jian Linqiang, director of the administrative office.

In this tea culture exchange meeting, the administrative office and the trade union carefully organized, designed a number of interactive activities, and prepared flowers, six tea products and special souvenirs. Mr.Liu Xicheng, a tea master, was invited to teach tea knowledge, including tea types, characteristics, functions and brewing methods; the faculty and staff shared about various teas. The teaching staff warmly interacted with each other, discussed the knowledge of Chinese tea culture together, and practiced the tea art by themselves.

This tea art appreciation activity fully shows the elegant demeanor of the School staff, cultivates the sentiment of the majority of staff, and allow everyone to appreciate the beauty of tea culture in the environment of tea fragrance.
