On November 8,2020, the Civil Aviation Flight Check Center management capacity enhancement and party work training course opens in the national anthem. Zhang Jun, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, President of Beijing Institute of Technology, Zhang Chongfeng, Director of the Office of Ideological and Political Work of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, Gu Xiaohong, Party Secretary of the China Civil Aviation Flight Check Center, Liu Qinggui, Director, Liu Kun, Deputy Director, Yang Zhenhong, Deputy Party Secretary and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, Yan Zhijun, Party Secretary of the School of Management and Economics, Chen Xiang, Vice Dean, Liu Hao, Executive Director of the Center for Global Aviation Development Research of Beijing Institute of Technology, and all the participants in the course attended the opening ceremony. Guan Hong, vice dean of the School of Management and Economics of Beijing Institute of Technology, hosted the opening ceremony.

The training lasted a week, which was the first cooperation between the two sides in 2019. The training was undertaken by the Joint Center of Professional Degree Education of the School of Management and Economics. In line with the concept of "condensed science and technology characteristics, high starting point planning, close to industry needs, high quality operation ", the Center has communicated and negotiated with the Civil Aviation Flight Check Center many times in the early stage, continuously optimized the training program and scientifically designed the training content.
