Topic: Carbon reduction strategy considering "government-supply chain" collaborative decision-making

Summary of the report:

Focusing on the research theme of "government-supply chain" carbon reduction and emission reduction policies and enterprises' response coordination, a competition-cooperation game model is constructed to find out the Pareto improvement space for enterprises' income increase and carbon reduction and emission reduction. Scientific problems are extracted from the three representative links of purchasing, production and distribution, and specific exploratory research is carried out, and management implications are summarized: 1. Remanufacturing competitive supply chain coordination strategy considering parts recycling subsidy and finished product carbon tax; 2. Offshore production and transfer planning strategies of multinational companies considering carbon locking problems; 3. Consider the competitive distribution strategy of new energy vehicles and fuel vehicles regulated by EU's "carbon neutrality".

Personal Profile:

Niu Baozhuang, Professor at the School of Business Administration, South China University of Technology, winner of the National Science Fund for Outstanding Young People, member of the Guangdong Provincial Political Consultative Conference, Senior Editor of UTD periodical Production and Operations Management, He is mainly engaged in the research of cross-border logistics supply chain management, competition and cooperation game optimization, smart financial technology and other fields, and is currently hosting the "Basic Theory of Supply chain Resilience and Security" National Natural Science Foundation major project topic. His research achievements have won more than 10 important national and provincial awards, such as the second prize of the Ministry of Education's Outstanding Scientific Research Achievements in Chinese Universities (Humanities and Social Sciences), the China Management Youth Award, and the first Prize of Guangdong Province's Outstanding Achievements in Philosophy and Social Sciences. He was selected to the first list of China's High Contribution Scholars by the China Alumni Association. Approved the Guangdong Provincial graduate Demonstration Course and curriculum Ideological and political demonstration course "Supply chain Finance". For the first time in South China, the doctoral students were hired by overseas famous universities.
