I. Application conditions
1. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, be willing to serve the socialist modernization drive, have good moral character, abide by the law, and have not received any punishment during his study.Physical and mental health in line with the physical examination requirements stipulated by the state and enrollment units.
2. Excellent undergraduate graduates who have obtained the exemption qualification recommended from their universities.
3. Diligent and studious, agile thinking, solid professional basic knowledge, with strong practical ability and innovation ability.
4. The professional results or comprehensive results are among the best in the major, and the score of the National University English Level 4 examination reaches 425 points or above.
5. Students who published papers in core journals or above academic journals, won scientific research achievement awards, or won national high-level science and technology competitions, are preferred.
II. Materials submission
1. Original and photocopy of the student ID card and ID card within the validity period (submit the photocopy, and show the original at the retest).
2. An undergraduate transcript stamped with the official seal of the Academic Affairs Office of your school.
3. A transcript of the National English Level 4 Examination (submit a copy, and present the original at the retest).
4. One copy of the award certificate.
5. Other representative academic papers, publications, patent certificates or copies or certificates of academic work achievements reflecting the academic level.
6. In addition to the above materials, the outstanding campers in the summer camp also need to provide a copy of the certificate of the outstanding campers.(If any, please put them in front of all materials)
7. In addition to the above materials, students who apply for the bachelor-straight-to doctorate program must submit Beijing Institute of Technology 2022 bachelor-straight-to doctorate expert recommendation (attachment 1-2) in duplicate (referees must be two associate professors or above or equivalent title experts, recommendation must be sealed by the referees and signed in the seal).
All materials shall be made in A4 paper, and all the application materials of the applicant shall be submitted to the school for review at the retest, and the materials submitted will not be returned.
III. Application processes 1. Registration
From now on to September 22, students can submit electronic materials for registration and fill in the Application Form for 2022 Students (see the attachment).Send the electronic scan copy of the stamped application form to the smegraduatecenter@163.com, and the subject name of the document and email is name + application major + name of the undergraduate school.In addition, please scan the QR code to fill in the relevant information. Those who do not fill in it will not be qualified for the interview.The school will, within three working days of receiving the materials, conduct the preliminary qualification review of the applicant, determine the list of retest, and issue the notice of retest to the applicant in batches.No reply was received within three working days, please contact us on 010-81381118 or email.
For the paper version of the application materials, please express (SF Express) to 207 (Mr. He Wei), fourth floor of Art Building, Liangxiang Campus, Fangshan District, Beijing before September 26, Tel: 010-81381118. Please mark the application major on the express bag. Students whose paper materials not submitted on time will not be admitted.
2. Retest method and time
(1) Retest Notice: the preliminary qualification review team of the school shall conduct a preliminary examination of the registration information of the candidates, determine the list of retest, and issue the Retest Notice to the applicant.The retest location and schedule shall be subject to the email notice.
(2) Retest participation: the interview team will interview the candidates, evaluate the interview results, and finally determine the pre-admission list.
3. Applicants who pass the retest should log in to the "National Recommended Graduate Information Disclosure and Management Service System" (hereinafter referred to as the "Exemption Service System", http://yz.chsi.com.cn/tm) according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education. The system is open from September 28 to October 20.
4. After the student signs up in the system on September 28, the graduate center will issue a notice of admission to the qualified applicants in the "Exemption service system". Candidates must confirm the "consent to admission" online before they can complete the admission process.Those who fail to confirm within the prescribed time shall be deemed as a waiver, and the school has the right to supplement the admission.Please pay close attention to the online information. 5.Candidates can consult the school during the working days from now on. 2. Enrollment plan
In 2022, our school plans to admit 112 recommended master students exempted from examination and 16 straight doctoral students. The actual number of students shall be subject to the final confirmed enrollment number.
3. From April to May 2022, our school will conduct ideological, political and political and moral assessment for candidates. Candidates with the admission category of targeted employment must sign a corresponding agreement.
4. Our school will cancel the admission qualification under one of the following circumstances.
(1) Failure to pass the ideological, political and moral character assessment;
(2) The materials provided are inconsistent with the facts and cause fraud;
(3)Failure to obtain good or above results in the undergraduate graduation thesis;
(4)Failure to obtain a bachelor's degree certificate at graduation;
(5) Do not meet the prescribed physical examination standards or cannot continue to study due to physical defects or diseases.
5. Candidates take physical examination after the preliminary admission. Physical examination standards refer to“The general higher learning institutions enrollment physical examination work guidance” (Teaching, 2003 no. 3) issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, the China Disabled Persons' Federation, “Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Health, General Office of the Ministry of Education on the Cancellation of Hepatitis B Test in Physical Examination of Institutions of Higher Education (Teaching 2010 No.2) and the school regulations.
6. Graduate student scholarship and assistance policy
Our school has set up all kinds of scholarships (including freshmen scholarship, academic scholarship, social donation scholarship, etc.), grants, student loans, as well as research assistance, teaching assistant, assistant management positions, etc. For specific policies, please refer to the relevant notice of the website of the graduate school.
7. The physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to “The general higher learning institutions enrollment physical examination work guidance”issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and the relevant provisions of the University.
