[Lunch Academic Sharing Session, 2020 Issue 5] 

On November 11, 2020, the luncheon academic sharing meeting of the college hosted by the Information Disclosure and Corporate Governance Research Center was carried out smoothly in conference room 418 of the main building. More than 20 teachers and graduate students from the Department of Accounting, Department of Human Resources, Department of Technical Economics and Strategic Management, etc. attended the sharing session.

The sharing session is mainly divided into three parts. First, Professor Li Huiyun, Director of the Information Disclosure and Corporate Governance Research Center, introduced the basic situation and research results of the center, and exchanged views on the relevant theories of information disclosure and hot issues in the research field. Later, Associate Professor Zhang Yongji, deputy director of the center, exchanged and discussed with you on the topic of "controlling shareholder equity pledge and stock price collapse risk-mechanism inspection based on financial abnormalities". Finally, Associate Professor Liu Ningyue, the deputy director of the center, exchanged and shared information on the publication of papers, the experience of visiting students in the UK, and the international high-end accounting talents of the Ministry of Finance.

After the sharing, the teachers and students present had detailed exchanges and discussions on the content of the sharing session, current information disclosure and hot issues in the field of corporate governance research, and the atmosphere was lively.
