In the afternoon of June 2, 2023, Assistant Professor Yuan Shuai of the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands was invited to our college to give an academic report entitled "Text Analysis in the Field of Human Resources and Organization Management". The report was presided over by Assistant Professor Deng Yingxin of the Department of Organization and Human Resources Management of our college. Many teachers and students of the college participated in the report meeting in a combination of online and offline ways.

Data driven human resource management represented by Human Capital Analytics is a new trend of human resource research and practice in the era of Big data. Many world-class enterprises have bred and developed human capital analysis teams in the past decade. In recent years, due to the continuous development of artificial intelligence and Big data, this field has become the focus of researchers. Assistant Professor Yuan Shuai shared with everyone the cutting-edge research and practical development trends of human capital analysis based on his own research and teaching and practical experience at the Amsterdam Human Capital Analysis and Research Center, bringing a wonderful report to everyone.
