The committee is a academic platform which include the summary and communication of majority of workers in defense science and technology management,  promotion of  domestic and foreign modern defense science and technology management theory, with advanced experience and the innovation of management. Since the special committees was prepared in 2005, it has held six consecutive annual seminar. During these years, it totally exchanged more than 500 academic papers, published over 300 articles, and nearly 100 articles were retrieved by EI , it  has achieved very good results in the industry .
